I love connecting the right people with the right company (based upon culture, passion, and skills) and I love process improvement. I believe that Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employment Brands, & Leadership can be so much more (than it is). I believe every great company is made up of great people. Finding great people is hard. Retaining great people is harder. I believe in challenging the status quo to find better ways of recruiting and retaining talent...based on research, testing, & metrics.
We should be using modern marketing (using direct marketing theory with metrics), copywriting, transparency, Whys (causes), USPs (Unique Selling Propositions), recruiting videos, employee empowerment, tribe building, and much more.
