Recruiters - What if the one that got away came back?

 

Most of us have memories of the Good, Bad, and Ugly recruiting experiences related to great candidates who got away.  The painful memory of those great candidates that got away related to:  a predicted outcome; deception on their part; slow to move hiring managers; our (recruiter) missteps…and what else?  Maybe an Act of God would also fit.

Leadership Quandary - What Is Worse--Losing Your Followers or Losing Your Way as a Leader?

Words to the Wise - Recruiter in the Balance

HUMAN RESOURCES AND EDUCATIONAL CRISES - Can they be averted by applying an agricultural principle?

Employers and recruiters are challenged to find and attract viable candidates for viable opportunities--now and in the future.  But we are realistic enough to know that it's going to be a tough go--even tougher if we keep going down the same roads from an educational perspective.
