Hi Friends,
We have seen some surge in the recruiters opting for the social media hiring, which is changing the entire recruiting landscape. While we strongly believe in the capabilities of Social Media and aware of the impact it can make in our overall recruiting efforts. I have been facing some difficulties in getting response from the available talent pool on SM. Can we ensure a swift turnaround as i have been facing the slow turnaround for the inmails/connection requests (specially in the Technology Hiring).
I have been trying to connect with some of the niche technology resources over SM and sent them inmails (which are very specific to the roles) to seek if they would consider an opportunity, but the response is very slow and sometime no response.
Is there any way out we can expect a swift response.
Best Regards
Sunil Kumar

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the revert and suggestions. Will take care of these. Any other way we can expect a swift response from the candidates.
@ Sunil: don't expect a good response or quick from significant numbers of InMails- you have to "opt out" to indicate that you AREN'T interested in an opportunity, so unless they've dones so, THE VAST MAJORITY OF li PEOPLE AREN'T INTERSTED IN ANY JOB, EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE.
