I cherish being a contributor to organizations dedicated to their values and mission. I am most looking forward to re-joining the educational and nonprofit work environment where my passion can come alive. Please feel free to send me your opportunity!

I have previous experience in education and nonprofit environments where I have been able to teach, lead, and connect with students and volunteer groups. In addition, I have direct experience working with the cognitively disabled and Deaf or Hard of Hearing communities where I coached and mentored individuals to be more self aware and pursue their highest potential.

Recently I gained corporate experience where I proactively cultivated a wide breadth of knowledge from the RPO industry. My passion and commitment for success and training propelled me into a leadership role; from there I pursued a continuous promotional career path. My experiences include exempt and non-exempt front end & full life cycle recruitment in an array of industries. My natural managerial skills helped me motivate, coach, and develop several teams of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists (handled back-end logistics). I was also the primary point of contact for several vendor/partner relationships and took the lead on researching any changing regulations for my clients.

My obsession with details, organization, efficiency and accuracy has set me apart as a "go-to-girl". I look forward to sharing my analytic, problem-solving, and strategic abilities with a new organization.

Conversational Languages: American Sign Language [ASL] & currently learning Spanish

Excited about the race this weekend - taking the day off tomorrow to go hangout at the track and watch the pit stop competition and see STP in concert. Goign to the parade on Sat and the race on Sun.
