9 years of extensive experience in end-end IT Recruitment [from requirement analysis, filtering key skills, experimenting with search strings to direct sourcing via job-sites like Monster, Dice, Ladders and my personal database & network in LinkedIn to contacting the "right ones" only, then discuss the JD, Scope, pay terms, and client submission] for Direct Clients with World HQ in the USA, MNC's with more than 100 years of legacy. Extremely fluent in all tax terms as pointed out in the JD.
As a senior recruiter i have also worked on business augmentation processes starting from RFP's to PoC, from Business need to Blue print design, system architecture to Go-live, Production support, operation support; and further stages of Implementations/ Conversions/Upgrades/ Roll Outs (both on Domestic and Global scale) from a Legacy (both web-windows based) to ERP or Custom based clients business need solutions.
