Excellent Customer Service - Stop Cutting Corners and Remember What Made You Great

Why Recruiters Should NOT care about The Cloud

There has been much talk about Cloud computing or SAAS recruitment software and the massive benefits for a recruitment agency to move to the Cloud. I find this quite amazing for two reasons, firstly most people I speak to aren’t really sure what this means and secondly the whole argument seems to have absolutely nothing to do with finding candidates, making placements or anything else to do with recruitment.

Social Network Engagement - Really? Vast majority are not really in love with your brand...

Makes a lot of sense and this should apply to Social Recruiting as well. People don't join groups or pages to be part of some Brand community that they love (CEO's love to believe that), its more for deals and discounts or in Recruiting (some real info about jobs and careers). There is going to be a small minority who love your brand but a vast majority have better things to do with their time...Interesting article…
