If your like me you have an account on Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Twitter, Twhirl, TalentBar, RecruitingBlogs, WirelessJobs, Plaxo, Jobirn, Doostang, Jobthread, Spoke, Naymz, and RecruiterRockstar. Those are just the websites, my membership in user groups probably doubles that. Logging into each and every one of these sites could be a full time job. True relationship building gets lost in an effort to be the most connected.
Is it quality or quantity we are after? Or both? I am…

I've had quite a few conversations over the last several years how it often appears that the same organizations seem to win recruiting awards year after year after year. Frankly, I think this is rightfully so - if you're better than the competition, you should win out. At the same time, I think that there should be a "Lifetime Achievement Award" for the consistently usual suspects :)
So this year, I noticed that
OnRec was…

HAVE YOU FOUND THAT ONE ONLINE PROGRAM YET?
By saying that I mean have you found a program that you feel so confident about that it is one of the few sites you want to share with everyone?
Does this program give you a start up bonus?
Does this program offer you many ways to earn?
Does this program have a community full of friendly helpful members?
Does this program offer you a forum full of great information?
Does this program offer you an e-book that explains how…

If you want to target new grads, there are a couple of approaches you can use. One of the best ways is to target your search using the
site: operator with the type of degree you want. Let’s say we want to find computer science-degreed new grads from Berkeley. We start off looking for resumes, cv’s, bios and other profiles. You can easily do this search in Google by using the similar (

Hiring people used to be an easy task. Some managers and business owners that I have worked with thought that it is easier these days to recruit employees because of the rising unemployment rate. They further assert that we have a lot of surplus talents waiting to be tapped. Incidentally, that is partly true. However, while there is indeed a huge potential number of candidate employees, small businesses are still confronted with a shortage of qualified and competent employees.…

Wow! I am part of so many networks that I would only have an hour/day left to work if I kept up with them all! Is this a common problem for online networkers?
I remember a heavy social life when I did most of my networking through groups and events (that time in my life is now a blur)... Though that was total chaos at times, I feel I gained better contacts and had more fun doing it... Or maybe the year I have been doing this hasn't been a fair shot... either way, the old face-to-face costs…

You have so many times, have been the advocate to so many patients and their families - going above and beyond to help those in need. NOW IT'S YOUR TURN - your turn to have someone support you and become your advocate to search and find what will make you happy.

Slowly but surely, my online life has spiraled out of control.
Between posting photos on Flickr, updating my status on Facebook, blogging and commenting on and perusing various other sites, I'm having trouble keeping all my activities straight. And keeping track of what my friends are up to on the Web gets even harder.
But there is a way to keep… Continue
