However, one of the things that we are seeing in recent years that is making such a change more difficult is that of the size of your current organization. Yes, size matters to your ability to switch positions, and specifically the size and scope of your role and function needs to… Continue

Inquiring Minds Want to Know

Dear Claudia,

My marriage of 13 years ended a few months ago when my husband moved in with another woman. I haven’t said anything about it at work, but I know I’ll have to eventually. The holidays are coming, and I’m thinking about using up my vacation to avoid the parties and the inevitable explanations I’ll have to make about where Tom is. I’d really just like to avoid all the questions; what do you suggest?

Be Like Slouch

I've always thought that Slouch was cool; as a result of getting to know him virtually, when we finally met in NYC some years back, I thought he was even cooler. You know what I'm talking about - Slouch is a smooth talking, cyber-squattin', mojo-with-a-phone homeboy from the mean streets of Toronto.

When I saw Jerry Albright's I-Wanna-Be-Like-Slouch picture (that it seems he took down after I talked to him about my idea), I knew I too wanted to be like Slouch.

So here's my… Continue
