Has any of you come across propective candidates who demand to know your clients name? How do you deal with such people especially if they are qualified for a position? I was thinking of writing something where they would sign and promise not to apply directly to the client. Uuuugh!!!

This week Jim Stroud has a guest columnist that discusses EGrabber and their resume finder software. I was interested in hearing if anyone has used this software and if it has helped in internet research and finding candidates? I looks promising to me, but many have before and disappointed.
