Here is a little more info on the company. I would say that the biggest way that they are different from Bounty Jobs is that they are an open marketplace where recruiters do not need to be invited to register to use their site where the opposite is true with Bounty Jobs. A good recruiter uses all available avenues to recruit, source and build networks. However, the working recruiter has to focus their efforts so that they have the most productive results with the least time investment.
