Internal Recruiters are the Mr (or Ms or Miss or Mrs) Cellophane's of the corporate world, the poor cousin of the HR team. Like the old adage internal recruiters should be seen and not heard. (I disagree by the way, I've just seen this ideal a bit)

Thankful in CA

Its been a challenging year for me and through it all, I can truly say I'm thankful.

I have terrific friends and family members who give me encouragement and support. My brother in Conn. is paying to fly me out to his home for Christmas. My friends have listened to my personal and business "woes."

A picture is worth 1000...

If a picture is worth 1000 words, then what does a poorly lit, slightly blurry, badly cropped, taken with a camera phone image say about a networker? I think that in most cases it probably says, “I am new to social networking and am just trying to figure this out. Giving Thanks

What am I thankful for?
