MBA Recruiting Picking Up Just in Time for Recent Grads

Several weeks ago an apparent uptick in just-in-time MBA hiring was reported as graduation came and went for many students. Career Maintenance

Over the weekend, I vacuumed two flights of stairs, cleaned the bathrooms and washed the kitchen floor. I also sat down with my copy of Home Maintenance for Dummies and tried to figure out why my toilet sweats more than a marathon runner. Suggestions would still be appreciated.

Recruiters, go to the beach!

It was a beautiful sunny Thursday morning last week that made me want ditch work and go to the beach. And even though I'm allowed to do it once in a while (God bless people who came up with flexible work arrangements!), I still had a tiny feeling of guilt deep inside because I thought I was going to lose the day and not get much work done. Not surprisingly, being a workaholic that I am, I ended up working from the beach, and the entire day turned out to be a quite productive, yet very enjoyable… Continue
