Like all of my fellow professionals I truly value referrals as they add considerably to my knowledge base. Referrals are always received in the same generous spirit that are they provided. Just recently I was provided a referral by a known and trusted candidiate, who in glowing terms endorsed the executive by providing me a detailed summary of her strengths. There are a lot of books out about success. I read Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective people" when I was in High School. Online labor demand in the United States began its descent toward the end of the year. Employers posted 2.4% fewer job openings in November than in October. Employers struggled to maintain a decent level of labor demand this year. Cracks began to show in June when the market lost 3.0% of its volume. From there it was a slow slide towards election day.
