These days we are told that we live in a "global village" and that everyone is contactable 24/7 with and via a myriad of devices ranging from letter, telephone and telegram to e mail instant messegner and many others. yet in buisness many people still seem to do things the hard way, lots of paper and lots of contact with lots of people.
