What are your thoughts on....candidate ownership.

Here's an area that I've always had trouble with: candidate ownership.

Scenario 1

There are "competitors" that jam resumes into the ATS just to cover ownership. They don't qualify candidates, they don't have candidate consent....they are simply blocking others from being candidate "owners".

Do you see this occurring as well?  …

What Not to Do When Selling

Sitting next to a pair of salesmen at the Birmingham, Alabama airport last Thursday, all they talked about was what they were going to talk about. Yes, I was eavesdropping, yet, I couldn’t help myself given their subject matter.

For 45 minutes, these men, most likely in their mid-30′s, focused on all of the points they were going to make when meeting…

There’s something about luck.  Luck is fun.  Luck is uncalculated.  Luck gives you an advantage over others.  Luck brings out the best and tinkers with the worst sides of our psyche.

Sometimes I go to the local casino.  All around me are obnoxious “ding, ding, ding” sounds of those around me suddenly winning millions of dollars.  Or ten.  I digress. …

Antoinette Tuff – Today’s Radical Accountability Hero

Doing the next right thing can save lives, even if you’re not an “official” rescuer, such as a firefighter or police officer. Antoinette Tuff, bookkeeper at Ronald E.
