Tech, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills are just some of the prerequisites for many jobs. But there are other attributes that should deem a candidate worthy of further consideration. The paramount trait of these unspoken skills is creativity. It’s more than the chair you made… it’s how you made it.…

It is estimated that about 400,000 American college graduates are currently working in jobs that are unrelated to their major fields of study, and many of them are grossly under-employed. How did this happen? A college degree was always supposed to be the ticket to a great career! Unfortunately, the…

Sometimes employees get sick. Sometimes employees have babies. Sometimes employees' babies get sick. Such illnesses, life events and family crises are an inevitable part of adulthood. In many cases, you will hit the nail on the head, delivering the right guy or gal for the position. Other times, however, you will go back and review the process to see where things might have gone wrong.
For many recruiters, any tools that can help make this process more defined and less…

The long-standing stereotype of the HR professional has been that he or she is more a ‘people person’ than a ‘numbers person,’ one who shies away from hard data, science and math. While this is somewhat understandable given that ‘human’ is embedded within the very job title itself, it is by long stretches an unfair…

Research carried out by Investors in People revealed the following:-

The thing is, recruiters don't usually think about reviews and the candidates…
