Discrimination: Is it So Prevalent Everyone Gets a Fair Shake?

So, how long does it take to find a new job?  I have heard this question a lot over the past year.

The answer to this question is unknown as data, statistics and personal success is difficult to quantify when comparing the total population of people interviewing.
