I have been aggressively looking for a Senior Linux Administrator in Southern California for weeks now to no avail! The worst part is that the client seems to be expecting too much from a skills perspective for the money they are willing to pay. World Bank just issued a report that signals continued good times for 3rd party recruitment companies, with some possible relief for hiring departments, and an ongoing challenge in retention.
